Job description

Reporting to the Assistant/Branch Manager, the Senior/Operations Executive will embark on an exciting journey to be part of the Operations team. This role will provide learning opportunities for an individual in management of a food atrium, from the exterior facade to the internal hygiene and inventory control. Your primary role includes (but not limited to):

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Assists the Assistant/Branch Manager to ensure smooth operations through daily operational duties
  2. Uphold and enforce Company’s Rules & Regulations, as well as to ensure compliance to government regulations
  3. Provide assistance on requests/queries from tenants, Customers & Cleaners
  4. Conduct routine outlet Hygiene Checks and Inventory Checks
  5. Conduct routine cash audit check to ensure compliance to Cash Control Policy
  6. Assist in virtual food delivery orders from various tenants for delivery collection
  7. Maintain good standards of outlet’s overall aesthetics (Food/Stall Display) and grooming standards of staff
  8. Point-of-contact for external contractors or suppliers
  9. Propose and implement innovative work-related processes
  10. Any other duties as assigned by your Superior

The Ideal Candidate

  1. O/N Level or relevant Certificate in F&B related discipline
  2. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, while experienced candidates with more than 5 years of experience in similar capacity may be considered for senior role
  3. Able to work 6 days a week on rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
  4. Well-groomed with an outgoing and friendly attitude
  5. Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  7. Handle cash count or audit
  8. Comfortable with cross-deployment of outlets
