About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will oversee delivery and warehouse operations, manage fleet and inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and support day-to-day logistics. Your strong coordination skills and hands-on approach will help drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and seamless service delivery.

What you will be working on:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operations assistants, drivers and store-man to ensure efficient and timely execution of deliveries and warehouse operations

• Monitor and manage company assets such as trucks, tanks and spare parts

• Oversee vehicle scheduling, downtime, maintenance activities and ensure timely application and renewal of safety licenses and security clearance passes of government agencies

• Maintain accurate inventory levels through stock takes, ensure proper handling of orders, returns and warehouse flows to meet customer and project requirements

• Manage customer enquiries and complaints professionally while fostering strong customer relationships

• Manage incident cases and liaise with authorities for licensing and reporting purposes

• Work with stakeholders to plan manpower allocation, review operating procedures, and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Provide technical support for breakdowns and be on standby to respond to operational emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to service and operations

What we are looking for:

• Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Engineering or a related field

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or operations management

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team

• Knowledge of fleet operations, warehouse processes and safety regulations

• Singapore Class 3 Driving License is required
