  • Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les clients clés.

Job description

Are you experienced in chemical logistics and passionate about operational excellence? We're looking for a Senior Operations Executive to join our team and lead the charge in warehouse operations, customer service, and billing accuracy — all while upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

Warehouse Operations (Chemical Handling)

  • Manage daily operations for chemical warehousing, including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch
  • Ensure compliance with EHS and Dangerous Goods regulations
  • Monitor product condition, temperature control, segregation, and hazardous material SOPs
  • Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams for timely deliveries

Customer Service

  • Act as the main contact for key clients, handling order fulfillment and special requests
  • Work with transport, billing, and regulatory teams to exceed customer expectations
  • Manage complaints and execute service recovery with professionalism
  • Ensure accurate documentation (COA, SDS, permits, etc.)

Billing & Documentation

  • Validate service-based billing: storage, handling, transport, permits
  • Issue accurate invoices and handle disputes
  • Maintain rate schedules and customer billing templates
  • Support month-end closing and financial reporting
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5 years of experience in chemical warehousing/logistics
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills; familiar with ERP/WMS & billing systems
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experienced in handling documentation and financial reporting
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Training in Dangerous Goods Handling (e.g., IMDG, DG Awareness)
  • Knowledge of MCP or other customer-specific logistics portals
  • Experience with Class 3/6/8/9 hazardous substances
