A leading healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee clinic staff and ensure smooth operations. The role involves compliance management, performance monitoring, and coordination with HQ and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma or degree, with experience in the healthcare sector preferred.
Aim
Oversee a team of frontline clinic staff to ensure the smooth operations of the clinic and possessing that a higher level of service is provided to our patients. Be the bridge between HQ and clinic to ensure smooth communication and ensuring SOP adherence.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and support individual clinic operations which includes manpower and resource planning, clinic maintenance, implementation of initiatives & projects/workflows roll-out.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and working instructions in all areas related to operations
Participate in new initiatives and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Coordination between HQ departments and external agencies or stakeholders on projects/activities participated
Monitor and assess performances of the key KPIs established for Clinic Operations and handling of annual clinic budget
Provide IT support for clinic operations processes (eg. GP Connect)
Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by Ops Manager
Qualifications & Experience
Preferably a Diploma or Degree.
Candidates with experience in the healthcare sector are encouraged to apply.
Skills
Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with common office applications like MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.

Location: Ubi (Nearest MRT - Ubi)
Working Days: 5 Days' Work Week
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
