Join us in making a positive impact by:- Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to gather business needs and propose solutions- Defining and implementing HR projects related to service transition, process improvements, automation, new program design, etc- Developing detailed project roadmaps, documenting and measuring project performance using various tools and techniques- Defining project scope, success criteria, roles and responsibilities, and maintaining communication with the team throughout the project life cycle- Building and nurturing relationships with HR partners, service teams, and other business partners to drive projects and initiatives- Independently managing HR projects, creating scalable processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals- Proactively addressing project risks, issues, and dependencies, and providing project status updates to stakeholders- Handling and communicating ongoing changes in the project scopeOn your first day, we expect you to have:- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills- Self-driven with the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects- A delivery-focused approach to problem-solving- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with various stakeholder groups- Strong communication skills to articulate business problems, concepts, and issues to diverse audiences- Experience in process mapping tools such as Signavio- Capacity to balance competing priorities, workloads, and tight timelines in a dynamic work environment- Skill in distilling complex analysis and insights for senior leaders verbally and in writingQualificationsWhile not required, the following qualifications are beneficial:- Experience with Agile methodologies, including the use of Confluence and Jira- Lean and/or Six Sigma experience and certification- Knowledge of HR Shared Services; Agile or PMP Certification- Previous experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting (Tableau)Personal SkillsWe value the following personal skills in our team members:- Proactive nature with the ability to autonomously execute tasks- Confidence in engaging with stakeholders and senior-level leaders- Attention to detail and accountability for tasks- Resilience to work at a fast pace and handle peak time periods- Flexibility to adapt to different time zones or urgent requirements- Transparent communication and willingness to seek help or admit mistakes- Openness to feedback and eagerness to improveAtlassian Perks & BenefitsAt Atlassian, we offer a range of perks and benefits to support you, your family, and your engagement with the local community.
