• Minimum of two years’ experience in finance, accounting, or operations, ideally within a media or advertising environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, crucial for accurate financial record-keeping.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies in billing and operational workflows and proactively find resolutions.
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or anomalies related to campaign spending and billing accuracy.
• Mindset towards process optimization, both through manual processes and through technology (e.g., billing systems, automation tools).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, demonstrating a mature ability to handle many things at once under pressure, particularly during month-end close or audit periods.
• Experience working with vendors to ensure accurate billing and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines and on multiple projects, demonstrating a mature ability to handle multiple things at once under pressure.
• Command of the Microsoft suite (Excel and PPT in particular); advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) are highly preferred. Experience with billing systems or financial software is a plus
