This role involves evaluating services to meet quality standards and providing analysis to improve outcomes in the healthcare domain. Position Summary:
The Senior Quality Analyst role is essential in ensuring that the services provided meets the established process standards of quality and client expectations. They would evaluate and monitor the quality of services, identify key behaviors and defects, and provide candid feedback to BPO teams. The Senior Quality Analyst must follow the ongoing HIPPA compliance with quality regulatory requirements. Perform weekly and monthly audit analysis and report the trends to internal and external stakeholders.

75% Evaluate Transaction and provide Root Cause analysis with actionable insights to improve Quality and outcome of our services
