Job summary

SAGL CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to deliver L2/L3 support across Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, and enterprise infrastructure. You will manage production environments, troubleshoot complex issues, and support automation initiatives.

Role covers platform availability, incident resolution, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors. Strong experience with RHEL, OpenShift, AWS, and scripting is required, with emphasis on security hardening and change control.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Linux system administration (RHEL)
• Mandatory OCP/OpenShift Administration experience
• Production support for Linux/OpenShift environments
• Strong Linux installation, patching, security hardening, performance
• Familiarity with AWS, Nutanix, Apache and BigFix
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring (ELK)
• Scripting/automation with Ansible, Bash, Python or PowerShell
• Knowledge of Windows AD and SQL Server
• Familiarity with APIs, JSON and CI/CD
• Experience with ITIL incident/problem/change/service requests
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM
• Bachelor level IT/CS or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot RHEL servers including patching and security hardening.
• Manage OpenShift cluster operations, deployments, upgrades and monitoring.
• Investigate L2/L3 incidents and outages within SLAs.
• Monitor performance, capacity and root cause analyses.
• Support AWS, Nutanix and Apache web servers in production.
• Coordinate changes, maintenance and patching per change control.
• Monitor infrastructure with ELK Stack and other tools.
• Develop automation scripts using Ansible, Bash, Python or PowerShell.
• Integrate infra via APIs/JSON and CI/CD workflows.
• Troubleshoot F5 load balancers, SNMP and related tech.
• Maintain documentation and runbooks; coordinate with vendors.
• Identify recurring incidents and automation opportunities.
