DBS Asia Central is seeking an experienced KYC and Onboarding Specialist to manage end-to-end client onboarding, from advisory to account opening. You will assess client profiles, gather corroboration, and coordinate with Front Office and KYC teams to ensure timely submission.

You will supervise risk assessments, stay updated on FATCA/CRS/MAS guidelines, and drive process improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration across multiple regions, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
• 7–10 years in KYC/AML or client onboarding in private banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FATCA, CRS, MAS guidelines).
• Certifications in AML such as CAMS would be an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Front Office and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with KYC software, databases, and banking systems; Excel and Tableau preferred.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate end-to-end client onboarding from prospect advisory to account opening.
• Assess client profiles and guide Front Office to obtain required corroboration.
• Partner with RM in KYC write-up and ensure follow-up before KYC submission.
• Conduct risk assessments and discuss with Front Office and KYC team for decisions.
• Assist in reworks to facilitate account opening; perform periodic reviews for compliance.
• Stay updated on KYC/AML regulations and ensure adherence to laws.
• Share best KYC practices across regions to improve quality and collaboration.
• Analyze data to track onboarding progress, risk trends, and KYC issues.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
