Job summary

A leading corporate services provider in Singapore is seeking a Senior Onboarding Manager to lead the client onboarding function. You will ensure strategic alignment with organizational objectives, oversee regulatory compliance, and drive process excellence. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience in client onboarding, strong leadership skills, and is knowledgeable in regulatory frameworks. Excellent English communication skills and Mandarin proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in client onboarding within professional services, law firms, or financial institutions.
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including TCSP, AML, MAS Notices, and global compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with stakeholders and support service teams in CDD/KYC conversations.
  • Define and implement onboarding strategies that align with global standards.
  • Oversee risk assessment frameworks for onboarding processes.
  • Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to monitor onboarding performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape onboarding policies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Onboarding Managers.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance compliance.
  • Provide insights on onboarding trends and regulatory developments.
