Senior Offshore Structural Engineer

Techwise Offshore Consultancy provides design & engineering, marine assurance and construction management services to the marine, offshore oil & gas and renewable energy industries. We are looking for an experienced Offshore Structural Engineer to join our Singapore office.

Responsibilities

1. Structural design of FPSO modules and equipment foundations.
2. Vessel modification engineering.
3. Finite element analyses.
4. Rigging design and lifting analyses.
5. Seafastening, transportation and offshore installation engineering.
6. Structural drawings and installation sequence drawings.
7. Site inspections and on-site technical support.

Requirements

1. Degree in structural engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum eight years of relevant experience in the marine and offshore industry.
3. Proficient in drafting.
4. Experienced in structural design and finite element analyses.
5. Proficient in English.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Attention to details.
8. Must be a team player but able to work independently.
