Assist in the preliminary sourcing of repair vendors for parts supported under SIAEC’s ITM programs. To assist the executive in evaluating repair vendor quotes received under the various repair sourcing exercises and provide recommendations for approval.
Supports repair vendor sourcing activities for both ITM programs and 3rd party hangar checks.
Follows up with quality on vendor evaluation and approval into SIAEC vendor listing.
Monitors approved repair vendor listing to maintain currency of vendor network.
Maintains preferred vendor listing to facilitate ease of repair order creation as well as updates outhouse maintenance contracts in SAP.
Supports executive in generating necessary data for management reporting.
Requirements:
Polytechnic Diploma in an Engineering field
Working experience in Repair Management, vendor sourcing or Inventory Technical Management in the aviation industry would be an advantage
At least 2 years working/professional experience. Working experience in the aviation industry would be preferred.
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good communication and writing skills
Able to think analytically
Advance computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Visual Basic, and Tableau would be an advantage
