Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive risk professional to join the Organizational Risk Management team in Singapore. You will oversee Third Party Risk Management, BCM, Operational Risk, and governance processes, coordinating with business units to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of organisational/operational risk management within a financial institution.
• Hands-on experience in outsourcing and BCP management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders and elevate issues effectively.
• Basic understanding of financial markets and risk processes.
• Good understanding of risk management processes and implementing controls.

Responsibilities

• Review and update outsourcing policies, procedures, and registers to ensure MAS Outsourcing Guidelines compliance.
• Facilitate and support outsourcing processes, including consolidation of outsourcing reports to MAS.
• Maintain and enhance the Environmental Risk Management (EnRM) framework.
• Review and maintain the BCM framework; facilitate BIA/BCP consolidation and conduct BCP tests.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment tools; consolidate Organizational Risk Register for senior management.
• Support Residual Risk Assessments and work with business units to identify risks and controls.
• Organize and facilitate Risk Committee and Operational Risk Committee meetings.
• Manage Branch Self Audit and Control Self-Assessment (CSA) activities.
• Facilitate New Product Committee reviews for new products or business initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff and support Head Office on risk administration and project deliverables.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented risk professional to join our Organizational Risk Management team. In this role, you will oversee key risk areas including Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), Operational Risk, and governance processes. You will work closely with business units and management to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
