TheRetailfunction provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of the PFS LoansDivision

  • To review and evaluate customers’ Housing loans accounts
  • To prepare and input customers’ Housing loan conversion for Credit Approval
  • To prepare and check customer conversion letter of offers
  • To follow-up on conversion post-approval and customers’ letter of offer reworks
  • To conduct customers loan redemption interviews
  • To support ad-hoc assignment by Management and Department Head
Job Requirements
  • Minimum with 2 or 3 years relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge in Consumer Banking Products, particularly Mortgage Loans Financing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to interact and negotiate with people at all level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Data Analysis
  • A team player with dedication to provide premium services, quality performance and speed on execution.
  • Self driven and resourceful with an ability to work independently
