To respond to customers enquiries for quotations and availability of inventory for sale. Execute data entry tasks related to billing, order updates, and customer interactions with precision and timeliness.
Collaborate with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
Collaborate with Finance teams to ensure timely billing of sales.
Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all sales-related activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Support the Materials Sales Executive in maintaining customer relationships and responding to inquiries.
Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
At least 2 years’ work experience.
Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP applications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
