About the Department

Our team provides a wide range of employee services to support functional HR teams and business units within the bank. These services encompass the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, absence and payroll management, international mobility, career guidance, as well as risk and compliance management within HR operations.
We are looking for individuals with a strong passion for delivering exceptional service and a keen interest in developing their expertise in various aspects of HR operations over time.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service to stakeholders through efficient handling and professional execution of daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth processes that contribute to memorable employee experiences throughout their lifecycle.
  • Provide support in resolving HR-related inquiries and proactively offer guidance within the scope of authority.
  • Ensure high-quality maintenance of employee data in the HR system, addressing discrepancies promptly to support accurate analytics and reporting.
  • Work with relevant HR teams and external vendors to complete background checks in a timely manner, adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to continuous improvement of processes and services, focusing on enhancing user experience.
Job Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a HR shared services environment.
  • Familiarity with employment regulations, the Representative Notification Framework, and MAS’ Guidelines on Fit and Proper Criteria would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS applications
  • Service and process oriented, organized and able to observe and operate within tight timelines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a strong team player
