Job description

• Location: Promenade

• Working hours: 09:00 to 17:45 (Monday to Friday)

• AWS + VB (work-life balance)

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide after-sales support to the marketing team

  • Prepare and verify Letters of Credit (LC) documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) in accordance with bank requirements

  • Ensure all documentation complies with the regulations of the destination country (e.g., HS codes, preferential certificates).

  • Coordinate with logistics providers and overseas partners to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery

  • Process accounting data entries into accounting system (in-house SAP system)

  • Process daily outgoing remittances in the accounting system and bank’s cash management system

  • Attending to queries from banks & trading departments

  • Processing of import bills and its settlements;

  • Daily incoming mail handling;

  • Assist the finance team in ad-hoc tasks when required

Job requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “N” or ‘O’ level

  • Preferably have 2-4 years of working experience in preparing at a trading environment

  • Understanding of UCP600, and Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF)

  • Able to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Collaborate effectively with team members across different time zones to track shipments, share updates, and follow instructions

  • Demonstrate discipline and the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with remote teams

  • Must be computer literate and able to use MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
