Drive employee engagement programmes that align with the overall strategy of the organization, including wellness and inclusivity related programmes.
Initiate, plan, and set up an engagement calendar on a quarterly and monthly basis.
Facilitate employee engagement programmes including corporate HR events and senior management dialogues.
Create publicity and encourage participation rates.
Manage the logistics of the quarterly Townhalls, PAT, and Tech Guru Awards.
Manage iCompaz Employee Ambassadors to support employee engagement and company culture.
Conduct an annual pulse survey for over 300 employees.
Analyze organizational data to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and continuously adjust for improvements.
Design effective Electronic Direct Mails (EDMs) and collaterals for all activities, announcements, HR Communications, and employer branding initiatives.
Support ad hoc employee activities.
Learning & Development
Liaise with Infosys Talent Planning Team and prepare training reports for the Management team when required.
