Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.
• Provide excellent service by answering incoming calls/emails efficiently and professionally;
• Identify customers’ needs and resolve their queries accurately and quickly;
• Take ownership of every enquiry by providing timely follow-up where necessary;
• Proactively seek information on cross selling of bank’s products and services;
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures including fraud prevention and security measures;
• Maintain confidentiality of customer records and bank information at all times;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.
• Degree holder or equivalent with experience in a similar capacity;
• Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels;
• Strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervision;
• Confident and articulate individual with good communication skills;
• Flexible working hours – night shift, weekend shifts;
• Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
