Job Description

The incumbent will be performing setup of electronic services for non-individual customers and work with various stakeholders within the bank. He/she will be exposed to wide arrange of opportunities to learn different kind of electronic setup and corporate onboarding process.

Responsibilities

  • Process Non-Individual client onboarding including eServices (internet banking application and maintenance, etc)
  • Liaise with Business Units on referral or query and handling investigations
  • Prepare statistics and reports
  • Perform Account maintenance for clients
  • Other responsibilities as delegated by Supervisor

Requirements

  • Preferably at least 1-2 year of work experience in banking Operations
  • Familiar with KYC, AML including MAS626 regulation will be an advantage
  • Candidate with callback verification experience is preferred
  • Familiar with eServices such as Business Internet Banking, Paynow, SGQR etc
  • Candidates shall be self starter, fast learner, committed
  • Able to work independently and a team player.
  • Able to adapt to new technology / systems
  • Can multi-task and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment and posses good typing skills
  • Computer literate with good Microsoft Office skill such as Words and Excel
  • Meticulous and diligent with an eye-for-details
  • Possess good communication and analytical skills
  • Candidate without experience are also welcomed to apply.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and conflict resolution skills.
