Job description

You will develop, manage, maintain and support business development activities and the business portfolio of the Corporate Banking Business in the Branch.

You will handle customer inquiries and assist the Head of CB on building bilateral relationships and businesses with the corporate customers. You will prepare and monitor bilateral borrowing relationships, as well as in the loan syndication business. You will prepare Name Clearance Application and the Customer Due Diligence Checklist for new customers/ borrowers and will perform and handle credit applications, credit reviews, loan monitoring, internal risk gradings and any periodic or non-periodic reports/ data/ statistics, as and when required by Head Office or Branch.

You will liaise with customers on deposit-taking/ remittances and will handle their processing. You will liaise and develop business with the Head Office, domestic branches, overseas branches and inter-departments within the Branch to promote business development activities.

Pre-requisites:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Economic, Accounting or Mathematics
2. At least 3 years of work experience in corporate banking or having Big 4 audit experience
3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
4. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is an added advantage
