About the Department

The Wholesale Bank function provides financial services and solutions to help our clients achieve their strategic business objectives. Our mission is to become the premier provider of banking services and solutions for Asia-based commercial banking companies (SMEs), large corporations, financial institutions, and multinational corporations. Our coverage teams work in full alignment with Transaction Banking, Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Group Retail teams to deliver seamless solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Consult, execute, and act as a liaison with business partners and clients to ensure requirements are fully met within specified timeframes.
  2. Manage client inquiries for target clients, enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
  3. Resolve client requests/enquiries by leveraging resources across functional areas and escalate if resolution exceeds SLAs.
  4. Participate in client planning to position and deliver the bank’s products and services as part of overall client relationship management.
  5. Proactively advise clients on the usage of banking products and services.
  6. Understand end-to-end processes and use professional judgment to resolve client needs within risk and compliance parameters.
  7. Identify training needs for clients and ensure they are well-informed about product/service capabilities and benefits.
  8. Participate in client management and Sales/RFP opportunities for complex working capital solutions.
  9. Perform service reviews and provide Straight-Through Processing (STP) guidance.
  10. Develop client service account plans to enhance service delivery.
  11. Monitor customer volume and revenue to identify sales leads for Relationship Bankers.
  12. Conduct root cause analysis of defects, issues, and non-compliance with service levels.
  13. Provide training on new or updated procedures for high-value clients and client-specific knowledge.
  14. Review and support post-implementation services on regional or large local deals.
