About the Department

Banking Operations (Wholesale) - Client Fulfillment and Services is responsible for activities related to the operational groups that support the revenue generating business lines of the firm. The Corporate and Commercial Banking Operations function is responsible for the operational support to the Corporate and Commercial Banking business areas and/or products, including transaction banking. Responsibilities may include general account operations, loan closing, loan documentation & processing, and other related activities. The Account Operations focus specializes in account-related operations, inclusive of account opening and account closing within the respective business area.

Job Responsibilities

We are inviting applications for the position of Junior Trainer - Group Wholesale Banking, a role designed for team members with 1-2 years of experience who are passionate about learning, communication, and digital banking solutions. You’ll play a key role in delivering workshops training to both external corporate clients and internal stakeholders, such as branch officers and relationship managers helping to enhance understanding and adoption of our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions - both online and in-person - on the features and functions of our corporate online banking platform.
  • Build rapport easily with participants, using your strong interpersonal skills to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Present content in a clear, confident, and structured manner, adjusting your style to suit different audiences.
  • Use storytelling, interactive elements, and real-world examples to make learning memorable and practical.
  • Work with Product Manager to design visually appealing and easy-to-follow training materials, including quick guides, decks, and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with senior trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training is aligned with the latest platform updates and business needs.
  • Provide post-session support and be a go-to resource for users needing guidance.
  • Stay organized, responsive, and proactive in managing training schedules and follow-ups.
  • Bring creativity and fresh ideas to continuously improve how we deliver knowledge and drive adoption.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and other digital tools to support your training efforts.
  • Be adaptable and eager to learn new content, platforms, and delivery methods.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, front-line banking, or digital support roles is a plus.
  • Exposure to corporate digital banking platforms is beneficial (training provided).
  • Multilingual capabilities are an advantage in serving diverse client groups.
