COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client is a finance services company with a long history of providing various financial services in the region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. PC Setup and Configuration:
    • Perform daily helpdesk support tasks.
    • Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
    • Set up and perform initial settings for new computers.
  2. PC Troubleshooting, Maintenance, and Support:
    • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
    • Perform routine maintenance on PCs.
  3. Day-to-day Helpdesk Functions:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, or in person.
    • Communicate with system vendors to resolve technical issues and coordinate maintenance.
    • Collaborate with the headquarters IT team to ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Education: Degree or diploma in IT, systems engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    • Basic knowledge of Windows OS.
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
    • Business-level Japanese language skills to liaise closely with vendors and HQ.
