Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (Eastern General Hospital) is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to support Allied Health and Pharmacy planning, and to deliver patient-centered therapy with high quality and cost-efficient care.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, develop treatment plans, and provide essential education to caregivers while empowering patients toward optimal independence.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Occupational Therapy with WFOT accreditation.
• At least 4 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist with 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professional Council.
• Ability to work well independently and in groups.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised therapeutic interventions to enable independence and functional ability.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Educate caregivers and support staff to sustain recovery journeys.
