Job summary

Rainbow Center invites applications for a Senior Occupational Therapist within the Disability Case Management Programme. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred OT services aimed at maximizing independence and quality of life for clients with complex needs.

The role focuses on comprehensive assessments, collaborative care planning, supervision of junior staff, and ensuring high standards of clinical care across the DCMP.

Qualifications

• Good Degree or Masters in Occupational Therapy.
• Training in advanced assessment tools and intervention strategies (e.g., sensory integration, cognitive behavioral therapy, or assistive device training).
• Registered as Occupational Therapist under the Allied Health Professions Act.
• Clinical experience with complex disabilities and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate OT needs.
• Set person-centred goals with clients, families, and team.
• Design and implement evidence-based care plans.
• Maintain and monitor client records and inventories.
• Provide clinical supervision to junior therapists and students.
• Lead case discussions and contribute to professional development.
