Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure, managed services, and Change Management.
• Strong Change Management expertise including planning, risk assessment, implementation, and mitigation.
• Deep technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure and managed services.
• Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, SLA-driven environments and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide L4 support for complex incidents, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance;
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, and problem management across enterprise environments;
• Manage change implementations, disaster recovery, and supported project delivery;
• Drove automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service reliability;
• Mentor L1/L2/L3 engineers, documented knowledge, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues.
