Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Nurse Clinician to lead quality nursing care for residents at our Hougang facility. The role requires a SNB-licensed nurse with strong leadership experience and a track record in acute care settings.

You will assess health conditions, develop care plans, supervise staff, and drive audits and training to ensure compliance with nursing standards. A collaborative, patient-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing, Advanced Diploma in Gerontology, or equivalent.
• Valid SNB practicing license.
• Minimum 10 years of nursing experience in an acute healthcare setting with leadership or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure quality nursing care and services for residents.
• Assess residents’ health conditions and develop care plans.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
• Handle residents’ and families’ enquiries and concerns professionally.
• Conduct audits and monitor quality improvement initiatives for regulatory compliance.
• Identify staff training needs and coordinate clinical training and competency assessments.
• Support department operations including roster management, inventory control, and documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to improving nursing practices.
