Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Nurse Clinician to oversee quality nursing care for residents in Hougang. You will assess health conditions and develop care plans while leading nursing staff to meet standards.

Role requires a valid SNB practising licence and a minimum of 10 years in an acute care setting with leadership experience. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm, with a salary range of SGD 4,000 to 6,000.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing, Advanced Diploma in Gerontology, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure quality nursing care and services for residents.
• Assess residents’ health conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Handle residents’ and family members’ enquiries and concerns professionally.
• Conduct audits, monitor quality improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify staff training needs and coordinate orientation, clinical training, and competency assessments.
• Support department operations, including manpower planning, roster management, inventory control, and documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of nursing practices.
