Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Industrialization Planner in Singapore. You will coordinate materials, inventory, procurement, and production activities to support new product launches and lifecycle management. You will ensure supply-demand alignment, optimize stock, and minimize obsolescence costs across cross-functional teams.

The role requires SAP forecasting, production scheduling, and strong project management skills. Experience with S&OP and supplier coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Supply chain management degree required.
• Experience with NPI and product lifecycle management preferred.
• Strong material planning, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Procurement coordination and supplier management.
• Proficiency in SAP forecasting and inventory management.
• Production scheduling and end-to-end supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate material requirements, inventory, and procurement for new product launches and prototypes.
• Manage stocking strategies and lifecycle inventory from launch to end-of-life.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production Control and Supply Chain to ensure material availability and scheduling.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver results.
