Job summary

Singtel Group seeks a Network Transition Lead to plan and coordinate end-to-end technical transition activities, collaborating with presales, project, engineering, operations, vendors, and customer teams to ensure successful service implementation and handover.

Role involves architecture discussions and development of LLDs for network solutions including SD-WAN, plus preparing detailed technical documentation and migration plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related discipline.
• CCNP or equivalent certification.
• 8+ years in network engineering, implementation, or managed services.
• Hands-on SD-WAN design, deployment, and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba networking platforms.
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS) and security.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end technical transition activities with stakeholders.
• Develop LLD documents for SD-WAN and other network solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical docs including LLDs, UAT plans, migration/rollback plans.
• Lead lab testing, PoC validation and pilot deployments.
• Oversee installation/configuration at hubs and data centers.
• Lead troubleshooting and act as escalation point for deployment teams.
• Coordinate migration, cutover, rollback and service validation.
• Identify and manage issues/risks throughout transition lifecycle.
• Coordinate handover to Operations/BAU with complete documentation.
