User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Network & Security Engineer to strengthen our Network Operations and Engineering team in Singapore. You will implement and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and security across data centres, offices, remote sites and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes hands‑on engineering, project leadership, and close interaction with vendors to design and deploy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
8–14 years of hands-on network experience.
Experience in enterprise networks, firewalls, load balancers and web application security.
Ability to lead complex data centre or cloud migration projects.
Certs such as CCIE/CCNP/PCNSE/CCSE or AWS Networking are a plus.

Responsibilities

Be part of a team responsible for Network Engineering, Operations & Deployment across data centre, office, remote and cloud environments.
Lead network deployment projects and ensure timely implementation of solutions.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for architecture, procurement and installation.
Provide Tier‑3 support and participate in rotating on‑call schedule.
Create, review High Level Design and Low Level Design documents.
Drive automation to improve day‑to‑day network operations.
Experience with AI tools in NOC for anomaly detection and troubleshooting.
Desirable experience enabling large language models to query network data.
