Location: Pasir Panjang

Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Responsibilities:

• Design and Implementation: Design and deploy network and security solutions, configuring routers, switches, wireless devices, and load balancers for mid to large-scale projects.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network and security issues, including connectivity and configuration problems.
• Client Management: Build and maintain client relationships, managing expectations and ensuring project success.
• Collaboration: Work with project managers and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of network solutions.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documents (LLD, TDS, As-built, UAT, SAT), and obtain client sign-offs for project closure.
• Knowledge Transfer: Provide handover and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams for ongoing support.
• Guidance and Mentorship: Mentor team members and lead knowledge-sharing sessions on best practices.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related fields
• Possess a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certificate and would be a good bonus if possess CCNA certificate as well
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network design/deployment.
• Excellent knowledge in Routing and switching, eg. BGP, OSPF, Multicast, VSS, spanning tree, MPLS L3VPN.
• Experience in wireless. Cisco WLC, Aruba, Prime, MSE/CMX, DNAC, Ekahau Site Survey tool
• Knowledge in Data centre technologies, eg. Cisco Nexus VDC, VPC, FEX, VXLAN, ACI.
• Good knowledge of Firewall technologies eg. IPSEC VPN, SSL VPN, IPS/IDS, Cisco ASA, Firepower, Fortigate,
• Good knowledge in network access control(NAC) product, eg Aruba Clearpass Policy Manager, Cisco ISE.
