Responsibilities

• Engineer, onboard, and support customer network connectivity across global data centers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot real-time network and trading infrastructure issues.
• Lead escalation and advanced troubleshooting for complex incidents.
• Develop and maintain automation and AI-assisted operational tooling.
• Perform packet-level analysis for market data and connectivity investigations.
