Job summary

Netmarks Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise network infrastructures. You will work with Cisco, Fortinet and HPE Aruba solutions, translating client requirements into robust designs and delivering efficient network projects.

With 4–5 years of hands‑on experience, you will configure routers, switches, firewalls, WLANs and VPNs, document configurations, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to meet service commitments.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Approximately 4–5 years of relevant enterprise networking experience with hands‑on design, implementation and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong practical experience with Cisco, Fortinet and/or HPE Aruba products and solutions.
• Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls and wireless networking.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a customer‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and implement enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls and wireless networks.
• Translate customer requirements into practical technical designs and implementation plans.
• Provide pre‑sales technical support, including solution proposals, technical discussions and project scoping.
• Deliver post‑sales support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution and maintenance services.
• Manage network changes, upgrades and migrations, with appropriate testing and minimal disruption to customer operations.
• Prepare and maintain network diagrams, configuration documentation, implementation procedures and service records.
• Work closely with customers, vendors and internal engineers to deliver projects and meet service commitments.
