Role Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-level and detailed network architectures for enterprise and data centre environments.
• Troubleshoot, operate, and resolve complex network issues across Cisco technologies.
• Create and execute comprehensive implementation and test plans.
• Develop technical documentation, design reports, and customer-facing presentations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical assessments and recommendations.
• Support multiple projects, balancing priorities to meet client needs.
• Take on additional duties and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Requirements

• At least 10 years of IT experience specialising in network and data centre solutions.
• Active CCIE in Routing & Switching or Data Centre (essential).
• Expert-level (SME) knowledge; minimum CCNP certification required.
• Strong expertise in one or more areas: Cisco data centre technologies, network security (firewalls, VPN), Cisco ISE, Cisco WLAN.
• Excellent consultative skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and uncover new business opportunities.
• Strong business acumen and passion for staying updated on the latest technologies.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
