Responsibilities:

1. Manage and establish priorities for design and maintenance of entire infrastructure inclusive of LANs, WANs, Internet, security and wireless implementation
2. Day-to-day network support and new projects
3. Respond to and resolve network-related incidents in a timely manner, minimizing impact on business operations
4. Responsible for the commission, decommissioning and tech refresh of network devices
5. Manage the smooth delivery of network operations in accordance with SLA
6. Provide firmware updates for network devices
7. Ensure network infrastructure complies with security policies
8. Prepare and maintain assets to ensure availability
9. Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and intrusion detection systems
10. Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports; develop strategies for maintaining network infrastructure
11. Provide directions to the help desk team members to support daily operation
12. Implement a central problem management route for information management users to handle queries and complaints
13. Take measures of crisis management to control all effects that may arise from customer problems and complaints to avoid escalation

Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years of related working experience in managing large enterprise IT Network infrastructure
3. Possess in Cloud Technology / SD-WAN / WAN / VPN / Proxy skillset
4. Experience in Network Access Control Solution / Skillset
5. Proficiency in Firewalls, Wi-Fi, Network Switches, VPN Tunneling, and VLANs
6. CCNA Certification or Equivalent
7. Good planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Demonstrate strong technical foundation and willingness to learn new technology and approaches
9. Able to co-ordinate and collaborate with cross-functional team members
