NATIONAL UNIVERSITY HEALTH SYSTEM PTE. LTD. is inviting applications for Senior Resident Physician / Resident Physician roles in the Medical Division. These positions entail significant responsibilities beyond Medical Officers, including ward oversight, patient care, and educational duties.

The role requires a completed basic postgraduate qualification and active medical registration, with opportunities to supervise teams, manage referrals, and contribute to departmental governance.

Qualifications

• Medical staff who completed basic specialist training and have a recognized postgraduate qualification.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical management skills are required.
• Experience in teaching House Officers and Medical Officers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wards, supervise patient care and clinical management.
• Supervise and teach House Officers, Medical Officers, and Trainees.
• Review referrals and handle night-time urgent cases.
• Lead ward rounds, prepare and sign referral letters when needed.
• Prepare Confidential Mortality Reports for Medical Board.
