A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Principal NAND Process Integration Engineer to drive advancements in 3D NAND technology. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in semiconductor processes, particularly with NAND integration. This role involves leading innovation in material and electrical optimization while collaborating across teams. A strong educational background in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in semiconductor process, preferably NAND process integration.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools.
• PhD/MS with 3+ years of process or device R&D experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural innovation, material selection, and optimization.
• Optimize performance from first silicon to HVM transfer.
• Bridge across structural specs and electrical reliability.
