Job summary

Luxoft Information Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex IT projects for a major bank.

You will own end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional teams, vendor relationships, schedules, budgets and risk mitigation, ensuring quality and on-time outcomes across multiple business units.

Strong stakeholder communications, banking domain knowledge and Murex project experience are valued; Singapore-based with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3–10 years of IT project management experience in a banking environment.
• Experience delivering Murex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality controls and SDLC adherence.
• Chairs PM team meetings and reports progress to leadership.
