Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or related field.
• Strong foundation in deep learning fundamentals, including optimization methods, loss functions, model architectures, and training dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with transformer-based models in CV or NLP domains.
• Familiarity with current AI research trends and developments.
• Solid programming skills with data structures and algorithms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions using LLMs or VLMs for real-world challenges.
• Design and develop agentic AI systems using structured workflows to solve tasks autonomously.
• Conduct rigorous experiments to validate models, including data preparation and evaluation.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept systems to validate innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready solutions.
• Deliver research projects on time with a strong focus on business impact.
