As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you’ll take the lead in turning ideas into meaningful visitor experiences across museums, exhibitions, and event environments. We’re looking for someone who enjoys creative problem-solving, is curious about new digital possibilities, and can confidently manage both the design process and production delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative and design production from concept to delivery

• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners

• Present and communicate ideas effectively

• Develop visually engaging proposals, mockups, and final assets

• Balance creativity with practical production know-how

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in multimedia, experience design, or related fields

• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail

• Effective communicator, both visually and verbally

• Highly organised and confident managing timelines and outputs

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel

• Bonus: Experience with Figma, video editing, Mac Keynote, interactive media, or AI-supported tools
