Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced IT project administrator to closely collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to fulfill contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope. You will manage project documentation and subcontractor matters while performing system and database setup, resolving technical and design issues.

Qualifications

Good interpersonal skills and strong organizational/coordination abilities.
Experience in IT Management Systems Deployment or equivalent.
Proficient with databases, networking, Windows OS and servers.
Ability to set up database clusters, backups, and recovery processes.
Experience with data migration/integration/monitoring.
Responsible for data security and protection.
Strong documentation and system/architecture design skills.
Familiar with tender requirements analysis and bidding support.
Knowledge of certification management and infrastructure services (AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, KMS, etc.).
Experience in system integration and UAT/FAT/SAT; familiar with deployment procedures.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to fulfill contract obligations on time, budget, and scope.
Oversee project documentation and subcontractor matters.
Perform system setup and database setup; resolve technical and design issues.
Support IT infrastructure including Microsoft OS and Windows servers.
Set up network switches and perform IP configuration for project devices.
Install, debug, and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
