As a Senior MS Dynamics Consultant in the IT Consulting Services, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation within our client's organization. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Microsoft Dynamics solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather and analyse business requirements to design and implement tailored Microsoft Dynamics solutions
2. Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics platforms to meet the specific needs of the manufacturing industry
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation
4. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new systems
5. Continuously monitor and optimise the performance of the implemented solutions
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics and the manufacturing industry

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics consultant, with a focus on the manufacturing domain
2. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and previous versions, including configuration, customisation, and integration
3. Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, solution design, and project management
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex issues
5. Hands-on experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions in a manufacturing environment
