Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Automation, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own advanced motion control algorithms for high-precision manufacturing equipment.
• Lead vibration analysis and predict characteristics with mechanical team.
• Design and implement vibration control strategies (passive, active) to improve performance.
• Develop, verify, and optimize control systems end-to-end including hardware, software, and sensors.
• Conduct system-level testing and validation; drive continuous design improvement.
• Troubleshoot control-system issues with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Mechanical Design, Simulation, and Process teams to ready for mass production.
