INTELLIPRO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Modern Trade Channel Manager to lead sales and marketing across Singapore’s modern trade channel.

You will own strategies and drive growth with major supermarkets and hypermarkets. Develop channel plans, manage promotions and listings, and build strong relationships with buyers and category managers. A proven network with decision-makers in Singapore’s FMCG retailers is essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in sales or related commercial functions.
• Experience in food manufacturing, distribution or FMCG.
• Proven track record managing Modern Trade accounts in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Modern Trade sales strategy.
• Drive revenue, volume and profitability with key retailers.
• Build relationships with buyers, category managers and decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, listings and terms.
• Plan channel-specific sales and marketing plans and campaigns.
• Coordinate new product launches and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust actions to hit targets.
