Qualifications

• Track record of setting technical direction for a team and driving cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience in C/C++ and Java; scripting languages like Python, Perl, PHP, or shell scripts.
• 6+ years in software engineering; 3+ years if PhD.
• Experience with ML, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, data mining or AI.
• Experience with machine learning at scale from inception to impact.
• Exposure to large-scale software architectures and AI tools like PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Commitment to responsible AI practices including bias mitigation and quality reviews.
