Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Systems Engineer to join our global technology infrastructure team. The role covers both Microsoft 365/cloud and on‑premises infrastructure with hands‑on responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience across M365, Azure/Entra ID, Windows Server, AD and VMware, and will serve as an L3/L4 escalation point and SME.

Qualifications

• Senior hands-on role with deep enterprise infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support enterprise infrastructure across Windows Server, VMware, Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS, File Services and Exchange.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Defender and Conditional Access.
• Manage VMware vSphere, Horizon VDI and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Lead resolution of complex P1/P2 incidents, root‑cause analysis and permanent remediation.
• Automate infrastructure operations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API and SCCM.
• Support Terraform, Azure DevOps and Infrastructure‑as‑Code initiatives.
• Manage PKI/certificates, security hardening, backup and disaster recovery.
• Act as a technical SME, mentor engineers and contribute to infrastructure architecture and roadmap discussions
