Job summary
A leading company in semiconductor manufacturing seeks a MEMS Process Integration Engineer to lead the development of process flows across various modules. Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration and development of MEMS process flows across multiple modules including etch, deposition, bonding, lithography, wafer grinding and thinning etc.
- Collaborate with process module owners to ensure the successful execution of process sequences meeting performance, yield, and reliability targets.
- Drive new product introductions (NPI) by converting design requirements into manufacturable process flows.
- Support technology transfer from R&D to production and facilitate ramp-up activities.
- Perform design of experiments (DOE) and data analysis to optimize key process parameters.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve process integration issues impacting yield, device performance, and reliability.
- Interface with customers and design teams to understand device requirements and translate them into integration strategies.
- Manage process documentation, including flow diagrams, FMEAs, process control plans, and risk assessments.
- Support qualification and reliability testing of MEMS products.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, cost-effectiveness, and throughput
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in MEMS fabrication or semiconductor process integration.
- Solid understanding of MEMS device physics, fabrication techniques, and challenges related to process compatibility and integration.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in volume manufacturing environment and working with CMOS foundries or IDMs.
- Exposure to FMEA, DOE, SPC, and 8D methodologies and data analysis tools such as JMP
