About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Planning Senior Manager to lead Demand Generation (Demand Gen) media planning initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, performance media, and demand generation strategies, including Content Syndication, Events, Webinars, Telemarketing, and other lead-generation tactics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand-generation campaigns, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while managing client relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data-driven Demand Gen media strategies that align with client business goals.
  • Lead media planning across various Demand Gen channels, including Content Syndication, Events, Webinars, Email Marketing, and Telemarketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and client servicing, to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to enhance brand reach and lead-generation efforts.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve campaign efficiency, audience targeting, and lead quality.
  • Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend optimization strategies to improve ROI.
  • Develop and execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to engage high-value accounts.
  • Drive audience strategy and segmentation, leveraging first-party and third-party data for effective targeting.
  • Stay updated on the latest B2B marketing trends, media innovations, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to understand their business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with media vendors and partners to ensure the seamless execution of demand-generation campaigns.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations, performance reports, and insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Lead and manage a team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4-6 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or demand generation within a media agency or relevant industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lead generation, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Content Syndication, Event Marketing, Webinars, Email Marketing, Telemarketing, and Digital Demand Gen strategies.
  • Knowledge in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Programmatic Platforms, and Martech tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in client management, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with budget management, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Experience in managing budgets and vendors to deliver effective marketing programs at scale.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent campaigns.
  • Passion for innovation, data-driven marketing, and continuous learning in the media landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, including mentoring, performance evaluation, and professional development.
